The biggest difference between Cruise America and the other RV rental companies we’ve covered is that Cruise America only rents Class C motorhomes and truck campers. They do not rent travel trailers or fifth wheels of any kind.

While they offer a simple experience, they’re reviews don’t reflect a good experience for most of their customers. In fact, for many of their locations the reviews are downright bad.

Cruise America currently has an F rating with the BBB and 2.5 out of 5 stars on Yelp. Most of the negative review center around poor customer service and rental units being in less than acceptable condition.
